You are offline. Mileage on this phone still works. Groups, the map and calls need a connection.
This account is suspended. You can still read. New messages, calls, location shares, pings, SOS and reports are blocked.

Ask the team to confirm you are a licensed driver. This does not check a council database by itself.

Emergency SOS
SOS alerts drivers in your groups. It does not contact 999 and it does not replace the emergency services. People sharing a location within 5 miles are marked nearby.
Ping nearby
Reaches drivers in your groups who are sharing a location inside the range you pick.

How live calls work
1. One call per group. If one is already live, Join puts you in it.
2. You join unmuted. The phone asks before the microphone turns on. If you say no, you can still listen.
3. Mute only affects you. There is no call host and no hand-raise.
4. Leave anytime. The call stays up until the last person leaves.
5. Group admins can remove someone from the group. That also drops them from the call.

Voice uses LiveKit. Calls are not recorded. If that server is not set up, the call list is still real and the microphone will say it is not connected.

Reports
Dismiss leaves the message up. Remove deletes that message. Suspend blocks new posts, calls, location, pings, SOS and reports from that account. You cannot suspend yourself.
Blocked drivers
They stay hidden from your chat, map and calls. You will not hear them on a call. They are not told. There are no direct messages.
Where are you?
Discover only shows groups near you. Location is off, so enter a town or a postcode area. This is an approximate area, not a street address.
Delete account
This removes your profile, messages, memberships, location, SOS, pings, blocks and alerts from the server. Mileage stored only on this phone is cleared here too. It cannot be undone.
You can also use the public deletion page.
Add miles
Work miles follow the rule on the Mileage screen. The figure is an estimate, not tax advice.
