Delete your account

App: Drivery. Developer (the name on the Google Play listing): [DEVELOPER NAME]. Controller: [LEGAL NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].

This page is the public way to delete a Drivery account. The same action is inside the app under You → Delete account. Both call the same server function, which deletes the login. The database then removes the rows tied to that login.

Deleted when the account goes

The login, profile, messages you sent, group memberships, shared location, SOS alerts, pings, blocks, phone-alert subscriptions and verification requests. If you are signed in on this browser, this page also clears the mileage stored here.

Kept, and for how long

• A group you created stays, with no owner, until that group is deleted.
• Reports stay so the review is not lost. If your account was the one reported, your name is cleared from the report. Reports are kept until the review is closed, and then for up to 24 months.
• A deletion request sent from the form below, when you cannot sign in, is kept until [LEGAL NAME] has actioned it, and then for up to 12 months.
• Miles and receipts that were only saved on another phone are not on the server, so this page cannot delete them. Clear that phone’s app storage.

There is no separate backup of account data in this app. Voice calls are not recorded, so there is no call recording to delete.
