Community standards for Drivery. The Play developer name is [DEVELOPER NAME]. Have this read before you publish it.
Community rules
Drivery is for working drivers aged 18 and over. These rules apply to profiles, groups, chat, voice, the map, pings and SOS. The terms of use are on the terms page.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Drivery has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any sexual content involving anyone under 18, grooming, or asking for sexual images of a child. That content is not allowed in any form.
If you see it, report the message or the driver in the app, and email Bilal, the child-safety contact, at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Bilal reviews reports and can remove the content and suspend the account. Where the law requires it, the report can be passed to the National Crime Agency or CEOP. Do not download or forward the material.
How to report
- In a group, open the message and tap Report. That reports the content and the person who sent it.
- On the map or in the group members list, open the driver and tap Report. That reports the user.
- Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you cannot use the app. Include the group name and the time, not a copy of illegal images.
Bilal reviews open reports in the app. He can dismiss a report, remove the message, or suspend the account. A suspended driver cannot post, call, share location, or send SOS. Say how quickly that happens: [RESPONSE TIME].
What else is not allowed
- Threats, harassment, or hate.
- A passenger’s name, phone number, address, or booking details.
- Spam and ads.
- Sexual content.
- A false emergency, or telling someone not to call 999.
- Using a shared location to follow or intimidate someone.
Block
Block hides that driver from your chat, your map and group calls. You will not hear them. There are no direct messages in Drivery. A block does not by itself delete their posts for everyone else. Use Report for that.
SOS
SOS alerts drivers in your groups. It does not contact 999 and it does not replace the emergency services. If you are in danger, use Call 999 in the app, which opens the phone dialer.
